This role provides strategic direction for project execution, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances project management processes. The Project Manager III is responsible for aligning projects with organizational objectives, mentoring team members, and driving project performance to meet customer and contractual requirements.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nLeads and directs the planning and execution of high-priority projects, setting strategic goals, defining project scope, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.\n\nAssesses project proposals to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and potential risks, making strategic decisions on project prioritization and resource allocation.\n\nDevelops and implements advanced project management processes and tools, integrating best practices to enhance project execution and drive consistent performance improvements.\n\nMonitors and controls project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\nConfers with senior management and stakeholders to provide project updates, forecast project needs, and align project goals with broader business strategies.\n\nImproves team performance through coaching and mentoring, guiding project team members to enhance their skills, adhere to project timelines, and achieve project objectives.\n\nEstablishes governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and quality assurance processes across all phases of project delivery.\n\nIdentifies and mitigates risks proactively, implementing strategies to address potential project obstacles and ensure the continuity of project execution.\n\nRegulates project reporting and performance analysis, ensuring that project data is accurate, relevant, and supports decision-making at all levels of the organization.\n\nMonitors and manages private investigations licensing actions, including understanding state specific requirements and individual investigator licensing requirements\n\nLevel of Supervision Received:\nPlans and arranges own work; works with manager to prioritize projects\n\nEducation (can be substituted for experience):\nMinimum Bachelor's Degree required\nWork Experience (can be substituted for education):\n5 - 7 years of experience required; 8 - 11 years preferred\n\nCertification(s):\nPreferred certifications: active and current Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)\n\nQlarant is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.\n\nQlarant is a drug-free workplace.
