Key Responsibilities Concept and Creative Development\nIdeate and execute visual concepts for digital and print campaigns, keeping brand guidelines and business objectives at the center.\nTranslate complex product and service propositions into clear, engaging visual narratives suited to a B2B context.\nDevelop and present multiple creative directions for stakeholder review, iterating based on feedback. Design Execution\nDesign assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, sales decks, case studies, and event collateral.\nBuild and maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints: digital, print, and presentation.\nSupport the creation of product UI mockups or marketing-facing product screenshots where required (in coordination with the product/UX team). Collaboration and Stakeholder Management\nWork closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align creative output with campaign goals.\nPartner with copywriters and content strategists to ensure visual and messaging coherence.\nPresent and articulate creative choices to internal stakeholders in a clear, structured manner. Process and Quality\nManage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet campaign deadlines. •Maintain an organized asset library and ensure version control across active projects.\nUphold quality standards through internal review cycles before delivery. Trend Awareness\nStay current on design trends, B2B creative benchmarks, and evolving platform requirements.\nBring proactive suggestions on visual improvements or new formats to the team.\nWhat We're Looking For Education\nBachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.\nExperience\n2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Visualiser or Visual Designer, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print; campaign work, product marketing, and brand identity preferred. Technical Skills\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a must.\nWorking knowledge of Figma or similar tools for collaborative design and presentation assets.\nFamiliarity with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.\nUnderstanding of basic print production specs and digital format requirements (resolution, aspect ratios, file formats).\nCore Competencies\nStrong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from a brief to a visual idea quickly and confidently.\nSharp eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.\nClear verbal and written communication; able to walk stakeholders through a creative rationale.\nSelf-driven with the ability to manage ambiguity and work with minimal supervision.\nCollaborative mindset, receptive to feedback and comfortable in cross-functional workflows.
