visits, and competitor analysis to support event planning.\n\nCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.\n\nAssist in managing event timelines and production schedules to meet deadlines.\n\nSupport on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and logistics management.\n\nHelp maintain and update social media accounts and event marketing materials.\n\nPrepare reports and post-event documentation including feedback and performance review.\n\nRequirements\nEducation & Background:\n\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.\n\nFresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nGood communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise with team members, vendors, and clients.\n\nCreative mindset with problem-solving abilities to contribute ideas for event concepts and marketing materials.\n\nTeam player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities.\n\nBasic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms for event promotion is preferred.\n\nExperience & Additional Requirements:\n\nPrevious involvement in events, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns is an advantage but not mandatory.\n\nFlexible to work on-site during events, which may include weekends or extended hours.\n\nAbility to conduct research and market visits to gather insights for event planning.\n\nEagerness to learn about event operations, vendor management,
