Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.\nQuality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that battery packs meet all safety and performance specifications. Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.\nSafety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training and ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with engineering and maintenance teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.\nInventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the supply chain department to ensure timely availability of materials.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs. Prepare and present production reports to management as required.\nProblem-Solving: Address and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns in a timely manner.
