(Q&R S.A.) is a leading international technology company and a Great Place to Work® Certified organization for the 3rd consecutive year, delivering innovative software solutions and digital transformation projects for major organizations across multiple industries.\nWe are looking for a Mid-Senior Level Payroll Consultant to join our team and contribute to the analysis, configuration, and support of payroll information systems.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes and will collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements, configure applications, and support the related processes.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze business requirements related to payroll\nConfigure and support payroll applications / information systems\nParticipate in the design and implementation of new functionalities and system changes\nReview and validate payroll calculations\nInvestigate and resolve functional or technical issues\nParticipate in testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment processes\nCollaborate with clients, users, and development teams to ensure the effective implementation of requirements\nCreate and execute SQL queries for validation, data searches, and application support\nRequired Qualifications:\nProven knowledge of Payroll processes\nProfessional experience in a similar role, preferably at Mid or Senior Consultant level\nExperience in the configuration of payroll information systems / applications\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nVery good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of the institutional and operational framework of Greek Public Sector Payroll\nExperience in HR / Payroll information system projects\nExperience in complex payroll system configuration and implementation projects\nFamiliarity with databases and data validation / reconciliation processes\nGood knowledge of SQL\nBenefits\nWe want our people to be well compensated, so we offer an attractive salary package\nHealth is the most important asset, so we have you secured with a health insurance and compilation plan from day one\nWe are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting, innovative projects that make a difference\nWe never stop learning and evolving!
