The role involves designing and securing Azure and hybrid environments, managing Hyper-V infrastructure, implementing IAM solutions, and acting as a key technical point of contact for customers and internal teams.\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the:\nTechnical Delivery\nLead the design and implementation of complex infrastructure, cloud, and security projects for enterprise customers.\nArchitect and secure Azure environments (networking, identity, security, governance)\nDesign, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V environments, including clustering, high availability, replication, and disaster recovery solutions\nImplement and manage Identity & Access Management solutions (Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM).\nDesign secure hybrid and cloud architectures aligned with best practices and compliance requirements\nPerform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization\nLead migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects\nContribute to solution design for new services and customer proposals\nAct as technical project owner, coordinating project activities across engineering, security, and infrastructure teams\nPlan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery\nReview project deliverables and technical implementations to ensure quality, security, and compliance with agreed requirements\nCustomer Engagement\nServe as senior technical point of contact for key customers\nParticipate in technical workshops, architecture discussions, and presales activities when needed\nTranslate business requirements into secure technical solutions\nTo excel in this role, you'll need:\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, cloud engineering, or infrastructure/security roles.\nProven experience designing and operating Microsoft-based environments (on-prem, hybrid, cloud).\n Strong experience with: Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security), Identity & Access Management (Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V), Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls), Experience with security controls, hardening, monitoring and incident troubleshooting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English)\nAbility to lead by example and mentor team members\nHigh sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative\nCustomer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities\nNice to have:\nRelevant Microsoft certifications in Infrastructure, Virtualization (Hyper-V), Cloud, Security, or Identity technologies will be considered a plus.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on qualifications\nContinuous training and development in a fast-growing environment\nAccess to advanced security and infrastructure training labs to support hands-on learning and skill development\nA modern and professional workspace\nHow to Apply:\nInterested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to  with the subject line “SSE -
