intelligence.\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:\nManage technical digital identity projects from start to finish, keeping scope, timelines, quality and governance on track\nTurn business, policy and regulatory needs into clear technical goals and concrete deliverables\nAct as the link between technical teams, EU stakeholders, suppliers and partners throughout the project\nHelp shape, build and evolve digital identity solutions, including IAM, trust services and digital or verifiable credentials\nReview technical specifications and proposals, question design decisions and flag risks and dependencies\nTrack risks, issues and changes, and escalate anything with legal, policy, security or cross-border impact\nSupport EU governance processes such as steering committees, deliverable reviews, acceptance procedures and project documentation\nExplain complex technical and regulatory topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nTo excel in this role, you'll need:\nA university degree in a relevant field\n At least 8 years of experience in technical project management, digital identity or a closely related technical area\nHands-on experience with digital identity, IAM, PKI, trust services, verifiable credentials or cybersecurity infrastructure (experience in e-government, secure data exchange or other regulated IT environments also counts)\nGood working knowledge of eIDAS and the EU Digital Identity Wallet\nExperience with EU or national policy and governance processes, such as legislation, implementing or delegated acts, expert groups or compliance-driven IT projects\nA clear understanding of how technical choices affect regulation, data protection, security, procurement and cross-border cooperation\n A recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)\nExcellent written and spoken English\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with OpenID4VC/VP, electronic attestations of attributes and trust models\nKnowledge of French\nGood to know\nThe role is mainly remote, but you will need to travel to Luxembourg once a
