The role is about 50% hands-on (managing systems and learning new AWS technology) and 50% client-facing (meetings, solution design, cost proposals and workshops).\nWhat You Will Do\nHands-on (~50%)\nManage client and internal AWS environments across multiple accounts: Organizations, IAM, networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN), security services, backup and patching.\nManage infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK) and CI/CD; monitor, troubleshoot and handle incidents.\nTrack and reduce AWS costs: budgets, choosing the right resource sizes, Savings Plans / Reserved Instances.\nKeep up with new AWS services, try them out and build proofs of concept (PoC) before using them in projects.\nMaintain reusable templates, standard architecture designs and operation guides.\nClient-facing (~50%)\nJoin client meetings with Sales / Account Managers to understand business and technical needs.\nDesign suitable AWS solutions, choosing services that fit the requirements and budget, and present them to clients.\nPrepare cost estimates (AWS Pricing Calculator), compare options and help prepare proposals.\nReview client systems against AWS best practices (Well-Architected) and suggest improvements for security, reliability and cost.\nRun workshops and training sessions for clients and our delivery team.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3+ years managing live (production) systems on AWS.\nSolid knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch.\nSolid understanding of networking, Linux and cloud security fundamentals.\nHands-on infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and scripting (Python or Bash).\nExperience estimating and optimizing AWS costs.\nConfident in client meetings: collecting requirements, presenting solutions and running workshops or demos; good written and spoken English.\nEnjoys learning new AWS services and technologies.\nStrong understanding of information security and technology governance, with experience ensuring engineering practices follow company security policies and ISO 27001-aligned procedures.\nNice to Have\nAWS certifications: Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional, SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer.\nExperience with Control Tower / Landing Zone, Kubernetes (EKS) or serverless.\nExperience with AWS cost management tools (Cost Explorer, Cost Optimization Hub, Compute Optimizer).\nPre-sales or solutions architect experience at an AWS partner.\nOur Benefit Packages:\nCompensation & Rewards: Competitive salary, negotiable for strong candidates, plus performance bonus, referral bonus, and transportation allowance.\nLeave & Well-being: 12 days of annual leave + 3 emergency leave days, with up to 22 days of leave from your 5th year.\nWorking Arrangement: Hybrid, remote-friendly, and client-site when needed, depending on the project and team setup\nEquipment & Development: Laptop support, certification and training allowance, 50% sponsorship for AWS Certification Vouchers, and a clear career path with ongoing coaching.\nCulture & Ways of Working: Open, trust-based culture with no micromanagement and access to modern AI-powered tools.\nTeam Engagement: Team building activities, company trips, and gifts for key occasions such as onboarding, holidays, and milestones.\nCandidate Data Privacy Notice\nPlease note that the personal information provided in your application may be collected, stored, and processed by CoderPush only for recruitment purposes, including reviewing your profile, contacting you during the hiring process, and assessing your suitability for relevant opportunities.
