Head of Wealth Distribution & Sales Transformation

Job Purpose

Lead the transformation of ACB's Wealth distribution model, frontline operating model, client coverage strategy, service delivery model, and RM productivity framework.

The role is responsible for building a scalable advisory-led Wealth franchise that drives growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), client acquisition, relationship manager productivity, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Wealth Distribution Strategy

• Design and implement the future Wealth distribution strategy.
• Define the optimal customer coverage model across segments.
• Develop advisory-led service and sales models.

Client Coverage Model

• Redesign RM coverage approaches.
• Define segmentation strategies across Mass Affluent, Affluent, HNW and UHNW clients.
• Optimize specialist support models.

Wealth Service Center Setup

• Design and implement centralized Wealth Service Centers.
• Improve frontline efficiency through operating model redesign.
• Simplify service and operational support processes.

KPI & Incentive Transformation

• Develop new frontline KPI frameworks.
• Redesign RM incentive models aligned to Wealth objectives.
• Drive performance accountability across sales teams.

Productivity Enhancement

• Lead frontline productivity programs.
• Improve RM capacity utilization.
• Increase advisory activity and client engagement effectiveness.

Transformation Leadership

• Lead cross-functional execution involving Retail, Wealth, Product, Operations, HR, Digital and Technology teams.
• Manage strategic initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
• Report program status to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Affluent Banking.
• Deep experience managing Wealth sales organizations.
• Experience redesigning RM coverage models.
• Experience with KPI and incentive framework design.
• Experience driving sales productivity transformation.
