You will work with clients, Sales and Delivery to understand business problems, shape practical solutions and ensure that our proposals can be delivered successfully.\nThis role covers more than cloud and infrastructure. Solutions may include custom software, integrations, data platforms, AI, on-premises infrastructure, private cloud, public cloud or hybrid environments.\nWhat will you own\nOwn technical presales from opportunity qualification and discovery through proposal, presentation, approval and delivery handover.\nLead client discovery to understand business outcomes, current systems, constraints, stakeholders, security needs, budgets and delivery priorities.\nDecide whether and how CoderPush should pursue an opportunity by assessing technical, delivery and commercial fit and challenging weak requirements, hidden dependencies or unrealistic estimates.\nShape and review high-level architectures across software, APIs, integration, infrastructure, cloud, data and AI, working with specialists when needed.\nPrepare the technical content of proposals, including architecture, scope, estimates, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, staffing and implementation roadmap.\nPresent and explain recommendations and trade-offs to client executives, senior IT stakeholders and technical teams.\nLead the technical handover to Delivery and advise selected strategic or high-risk engagements without becoming the default delivery owner.\nMentor Solution Architects and create reusable discovery guides, reference architectures, estimation methods, proposal components and review practices.\nWhat you need to have\n8+ years of relevant experience across software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or senior technical leadership.\nStrong hands-on software development background, with experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions end-to-end.\nExperience in digital transformation, technology modernization, or enterprise system implementation.\nHands-on experience designing and delivering AWS-based solutions, including cloud migration and system integration across on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid environments.\nStrong client-facing experience in discovery, technical consulting, solution presentation, and stakeholder management.\nExperience preparing technical proposals, estimates, scopes of work, delivery plans, and identifying key assumptions and risks.\nGood commercial judgment and the ability to balance client value, delivery feasibility, and CoderPush’s business interests.\nStrong spoken and written business English for client workshops, proposals, and technical presentations.\nFollow company information security policies and ISO 27001-aligned procedures, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality of client data and technical documents.\nNice to have\nExperience in banking, fintech, securities, e-commerce, or SaaS.\nExperience with data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, or agentic systems.\nRelevant AWS certifications or additional experience with Azure, GCP, or enterprise infrastructure.\nExperience leading RFP/RFI responses or multi-vendor solution design.\nPractical use of AI tools to improve research, architecture analysis, and proposal quality while protecting confidential information.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSales and Delivery have a clear technical owner for qualified opportunities, and proposals contain realistic scope, estimates, assumptions and risks.\nClients receive clear recommendations that connect business outcomes with sound technical decisions.\nReusable standards and a stronger architecture team improve presales speed, consistency and delivery handover.\nOur Benefit Packages:\nCompensation & Rewards: Competitive salary, negotiable for strong candidates, year-end bonuses and performance-based rewards.\nLeave & Well-being: 12 days of annual leave and 3 emergency leave days, increasing to up to 22 days from your 5th year.\nWorking Arrangement: Hybrid working & work at client sites when needed\nEquipment & Development: Laptop support, training and certification allowances, 50% sponsorship for AWS Certification Vouchers, and a clear career path with ongoing coaching.\nCulture & Ways of Working: An open, trust-based environment with no micromanagement and access to modern AI-powered tools.\nTeam Engagement: Transportation allowances, team-building activities, company trips, and gifts for key occasions, including onboarding, holidays, and work anniversaries.\nCandidate Data Privacy Notice:\nPlease note that the personal information provided in your application may be collected, stored, and processed by CoderPush only for recruitment purposes, including reviewing your profile, contacting you during the hiring process, and assessing your suitability for relevant opportunities.
