Qode is a recruitment company based in Dubai that places technology, engineering, finance and commercial professionals with employers across the Gulf and wider Middle East. It works on permanent placement, executive search and contract staffing, and it uses its own assessment and matching tooling to shortlist candidates rather than relying entirely on recruiter judgement. Based in Dubai, it advertises client vacancies under its own name rather than the hiring employer's, and much of its work involves relocating candidates into the region, which makes visa sponsorship and timing a routine part of every placement.
