You will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and delivering high-impact features to our global user base.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.\nExecute Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA techniques to optimize model performance for domain-specific applications.\nArchitect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of GenAI services.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into existing product ecosystems.\nMonitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability.\nCommunicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n4-5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI development.\nProven expertise in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning methodologies like SFT and LoRA.\nStrong proficiency in AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2).\nDeep understanding of modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.\nExperience in building agentic workflows and integrating external tools/APIs with LLMs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment with a focus on rapid delivery.\nAdditional Information\nThis is an urgent hiring requirement.
