The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to track progress, surface risks early, and keep delivery predictable and transparent.\nWhat You Will Do\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospectives, ensuring they are focused and time-boxed.\nTrack team velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cycle time, and other delivery metrics; surface risks and blockers early to keep the team on track.\nWork closely with Product Owners and client-side stakeholders to maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog, ensure clear, actionable user stories, and provide transparent status reporting and sprint demos.\nCoach the team and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles, helping the team continuously improve its process maturity.\nFacilitate retrospectives that produce concrete, actionable improvement items, championing a kaizen (continuous improvement) mindset within the team.\nIdentify and remove impediments to the team's progress, escalating cross-team or organizational blockers as needed.\nCoach engineering managers and leadership on Agile/Scrum values and empirical process control, supporting Agile adoption beyond the immediate team.\nIn multi-team environments, coordinate dependencies and facilitate collaboration across Scrum teams (e.g., under SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).\nSupport cross-functional coordination between developers, QA, and designers.\nMaintain project artefacts: sprint plans, backlogs, retrospectives notes, and risk logs.\nSupport onboarding of new team members into the team's Agile way of working.\nProtect the team from scope creep, unplanned work, and organizational interference during sprints, ensuring sprint commitments remain realistic.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role.\nExperience facilitating Scrum for at least 2 software development teams/projects.\nSolid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and when to apply each.\nExperience working directly with software development teams and participating in estimation, planning, and retrospective discussions.\nSufficient technical understanding to follow engineering discussions and identify realistic delivery risks.\nStrong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the confidence to coach both team members and stakeholders.\nExperience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Linear).\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to coach not just the team but also managers and stakeholders on Agile values, beyond running ceremonies.\nBusiness-level English and Vietnamese.\nAwareness of information security practices relevant to software delivery, including data handling and access control within Agile teams.\nDemonstrates adherence to, and promotes team compliance with, processes related to information classification, incident reporting, and project document control.\nCommitment to information security, data confidentiality, and compliance with ISO 27001-aligned policies and procedures.\nNice to Have\nCertifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or SAFe Agilist.\nExperience working in distributed/remote cross-functional teams.\nBackground supporting multiple concurrent projects or teams as Scrum Master.\nFamiliarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) in multi-team environments.\nExperience contributing maintaining realistic and sustainable commitments.\nImprove delivery flow through measurable progress in relevant indicators such as cycle time, throughput, and recurring blocker resolution.\nReduce recurring impediments by identifying root causes and driving improvement actions through to completion.\nMaintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog with clear visibility of scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.\nDemonstrate consistent follow-through on retrospective actions, with visible improvements in how the team works over time.\nStrengthen team self-management and reduce dependency on the Scrum Master for routine coordination.\nMaintain positive team health and stakeholder satisfaction, with risks and delivery trade-offs communicated proactively and
