In this dual-capacity role, you will be our key strategic talent partner, responsible for aggressively hunting new B2B client accounts and executing full-life cycle recruitment to close their jobs. You will act as the primary catalyst for expanding our market presence across Vietnam and the broader APAC region. If you possess razor-sharp sales instincts, thrive on crushing quota targets, and bring a strong delivery mindset to talent acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our high-growth strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)\nDrive aggressive B2B lead generation and prospecting across the Vietnam and APAC markets to establish strategic, long-term recruitment partnerships.\nTake full ownership of direct sales efforts, from cold outreach and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing new business.\nAchieve and consistently exceed aggressive quota targets for contract acquisitions and job placement revenue.\nInitiate strategic plans for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from both net-new prospects and existing accounts.\nDevelop targeted outreach strategies to engage C-level decision-makers and hiring managers across various channels, including LinkedIn, social platforms, cold calls, and cold emails.\nDevelop a \"champions network\" from existing clients by acting as a trusted liaison, handling customer concerns with confidence, and ensuring long-term retention.\nRecruitment Delivery & Account Management\nManage the full-life cycle recruitment process for your acquired clients, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent within tight SLAs.\nDevelop an intimate understanding of clients’ hiring needs, managing their talent pipeline and aligning internal sourcing strategies to ensure high-quality execution.\nExecute the full end-to-end recruitment process to directly source, interview, and place candidates to successfully close clients' open roles.\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow regarding client successes, risks, and issues.\nMaintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline of prospects, client interactions, and candidate placements within the CRM system, producing precise reports when requested.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience, with proven experience in a 360-degree Recruitment, Headhunting, or B2B HR sales role.\nMarket Exposure: Extensive experience and established networks in the Vietnam market and clients (Must-have), alongside broader APAC exposure. Exposure to the Australian market is highly preferable.\nSales Acumen: Highly aggressive and proactive in Business Development with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing B2B deals.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.\nLanguage: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Must-have).\nTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, advanced LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel prospecting methodologies.\nCore Attributes: Self-motivated, data-driven in decision making, highly resilient under pressure, and possessing a relentless \"can-do\" attitude tailored for high-growth environments.
