technologies.\nTranslate functional and business requirements into clear, scalable technical specifications.\nAnalyze complex requirements, identify dependencies, and anticipate potential technical challenges.\nDevelop advanced application features and components while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.\nUnderstand existing application architecture, integration points, and data structures to deliver effective technical solutions.\nEvaluate existing code and components for reuse or enhancement before introducing new implementations.\nFollow established coding standards, development processes, and software quality guidelines.\nProblem-Solving & Application Support\nIndependently investigate complex software defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.\nTroubleshoot application issues and provide technical support within agreed service expectations.\nIdentify potential risks affecting functionality, performance, scalability, or delivery timelines.\nCommunicate technical issues and proposed solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting records, and development updates.\nCollaboration & Technical Mentorship\nCollaborate with engineers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve engineering quality.\nMentor junior engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving support.\nProactively communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development practices and team effectiveness.\nOwnership & Delivery\nTake ownership of assigned technical deliverables from requirement analysis through implementation, testing, and release support.\nEstimate effort, prioritize technical activities, and deliver within agreed timelines.\nWork independently with limited supervision while maintaining alignment with the broader engineering team.\nIdentify opportunities to improve application quality, engineering efficiency, and maintainability.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on programming experience with Python and/or Java.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.\nExperience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex software applications.\nAbility to translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.\nGood understanding of software architecture, application integration, databases, and system dependencies.\nExperience with debugging, automated testing, version control, and code review practices.\nStrong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and independent problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage technical priorities, identify delivery risks, and communicate proactively.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional or international engineering teams.\nWillingness to learn and work with unfamiliar programming languages, proprietary systems, and complex enterprise applications.\nNice to Have\nExperience with SQL, relational databases, and data-intensive applications.\nExperience with REST APIs, backend services, and system integration.\nExposure to enterprise software or business-critical applications.\nExperience supporting production applications and investigating customer-reported issues.\nExperience mentoring junior engineers or conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience in healthcare technology, financial
