You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, clients, and the wider team to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment process\nWhat are we looking for:\n2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.\nStrong ownership mindset: takes full responsibility for assigned roles and drives hiring progress proactively.\nHigh sense of urgency, with the ability to respond quickly and keep recruitment processes moving.\nComfortable working onsite or in a hybrid setup in Hanoi.\nAble to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding handover.\nExperience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.\nProactive in sourcing candidates through job boards, social channels, referrals, and direct outreach.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to work closely with hiring managers and candidates.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.\nPositive, resilient, and solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliar with ATS platforms, with hands-on experience using an ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.\nCompliance with CoderPush’s information security, data protection, and confidentiality policies, including ISO 27001-aligned practices and internal security requirements.\nNice-to-have:\nExperience recruiting for roles relevant to our business or industry.\nAn existing candidate network within the banking domain.\nExperience in employer branding, referral programs, or recruitment events.\nGood English communication skills.\nCandidate Data Privacy Notice\nPlease note that the personal information provided in your application may be collected, stored, and processed by CoderPush only for recruitment purposes, including reviewing your profile, contacting you during the hiring process, and assessing your suitability for relevant opportunities.
