Working closely with the engineering team, you will support deployments, improve CI/CD processes, maintain platform reliability, and ensure our Azure environment remains secure, efficient, and cost-effective.\nThis is a part-time, equity-only role suited for someone seeking a meaningful side engagement alongside full-time work or consulting projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to support the Qompyl platform and future growth.\n\nDeploy and maintain containerized services using Docker and Azure-native technologies.\n\nDevelop, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and related automation tools.\n\nMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability through logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.\n\nCollaborate with software engineers to support application deployments, integrations, and feature releases.\n\nImplement and maintain cloud security best practices, including access controls, network security, encryption, and role-based permissions.\n\nMonitor cloud resource utilization and proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance and reduce costs.\n\nDevelop automation scripts and operational tooling to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort.\n\nDesign and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.\n\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues across cloud environments.\n\nDocument cloud architecture, deployment procedures, operational processes, and infrastructure standards.\n\nContribute to a culture of ownership, transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\nExperience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably in Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, security, access controls, and infrastructure best practices.\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting in production environments.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues in a cloud environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.\n\nExcellent
