If that's you, read on.\nThe Opportunity\nYou'll work side by side with Co-founder Lorenz on growth: sales, product marketing, partnerships, RevOps, etc. Full trust from day one, and clear ownership of projects that are both high impact and high urgency.\nWe're already live with 15+ design partners and launching v1 in Q3 2026. We're a team of seven in the heart of Berlin, high on ambition, agency, and conviction in what we build. Context is the bottleneck for every company using AI, so the upside is uncapped.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive go-to-market: sales, positioning, product marketing, and the experiments that bring Qontext to market\n\nBuild partnerships with AI tools and consultancies, and run the channels that grow our reach\n\nSet up RevOps that makes the funnel measurable and the team faster\n\nGrow our presence in the AI ecosystem through events, partnerships, and social\n\nOwn projects end to end, from idea to execution, and turn chaos into structure where things are urgent or unclear\n\nYou’ll Thrive Here If You…\nHave raw drive and outwork the room, because you want to, not because anyone asks\n\nAre hands-on and get things done, however messy the problem\n\nSwitch fluently between big-picture strategy and detailed execution\n\nBring energy and optimism when things get hard\n\nWant to learn how to build and scale an early-stage startup, maybe to start your own one day\n\nWhy Join Us\nChallenge: A genuinely hard intellectual and systems problem\n\nCutting edge: Turning the latest research into a product used at scale\n\nMission: Building the infrastructure for the next generation of work\n\nImpact: Shape the company and architecture from day one\n\nOwnership: Competitive salary plus meaningful early equity\n\nCulture: Deep-tech mindset, transparency, radical candor and fast execution\n\nProcess\nGet to know each other · 30 min\n\nChat with co-founder(s) · 30 min\n\nTechnical interview · 1h\n\nTake-home case · 3h\n\nCase discussion · 1h\n\nOffer\n\nPractical Info\nLocation: Berlin\n\nStart date: ASAP\n\nType: Full-time for 3 to 6
