Pricing Expert

Join us as a Pricing Expert to support our Pricing & Packaging strategy implementation and contribute to revenue growth across Europe. Working within our newly created Pricing & Packaging team, you'll help optimize our pricing models and directly impact our financial performance.

What you'll do

• Own P&P projects end-to-end: across preparation, rollout, rework, and planning for what's next.
• Embed pricing at the right strategic level: working directly with product, product marketing, finance, and R&D stakeholders.
• Build the function's governance: Make sure P&P decision frameworks are in place, fit for purpose, and evolve as Qonto scales into new products and markets
• Shape the P&P roadmap: align it with the company's broader strategic priorities.
• Bring the strategic layer: go beyond project execution to define where the function should go: which problems are worth solving, how P&P connects to Qonto's broader revenue ambitions, and what the team should be working on next.

What we're looking for

• Proven pricing expertise: you've led or significantly contributed to a full pricing exercise - segmentation, packaging, price setting, or monetization - ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Sharp analytical thinking: you structure ambiguous problems, work through the data, and land on a recommendation you can defend.
• Strategic and governance-minded: you step back from the tactical ask to see why it matters, and design the process that makes future decisions easier to get right.
• AI-fluent: you use AI tools to speed up modeling, analysis, and writing, and you're always looking for a smarter way to work.
• Fluent in English: you work daily with stakeholders across Europe, and within an international environment; other languages are a plus.

• You’ll have direct impact on Qonto’s revenue targets across Europe.

Your future manager

You'll report to Florine, our Head of Pricing & Packaging - and you won't need much hand-holding. She spent 15+ years in pricing before Qonto, leading global pricing at Saint Laurent across 25+ markets and advising major organizations on pricing strategy and revenue performance at BCG. She joined Qonto to build the function from the inside, and she's looking for someone who can think as strategically as she does.
