You’ll join our Regulatory Reporting team and report to Vincent Arnould, Regulatory Reporting Lead.\nWhat you'll do\nRegulatory submissions: Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time.\nData gathering and quality: Work with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to collect, reconcile and validate the information required for each submission.\nScalable processes: Improve reporting workflows, controls and documentation so they scale as Qonto becomes a bank and expands into new markets.\nRegulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve and translate new requirements into concrete deliverables.\nCross-functional projects: Contribute to CI readiness, data-quality improvements and projects that strengthen regulatory understanding across Qonto.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience: Solid experience in regulatory or financial reporting, banking projects, or another regulated and data-intensive environment. A background in banking, fintech or financial-services consulting is a plus, but not essential.\nExcel and data skills: Strong Excel skills and the ability to organise complex data accurately; database-management experience is a plus.\nAnalytical rigour: Strong analytical and project-management skills, with close attention to quality and deadlines.\nAutonomy and adaptability: You can independently manage complex work, learn quickly and adapt as requirements evolve.\nStakeholder management: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs across several teams.\nLanguages: Fluent English. Vincent built his expertise at leading financial institutions. At Rothschild, he managed regulatory reporting before moving to GE Capital to focus on treasury and asset-liability management. Before joining Qonto in 2022, he spent five years at Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Consultant, guiding financial institutions through complex regulatory-compliance requirements. He holds Master’s degrees from Sciences Po Lille and IAE Paris-Est and has taught banking regulation.\n What does he bring to the team? Deep knowledge of banking regulation and asset-liability management across multiple frameworks. His experience as both a consultant and an in-house expert gives him a practical perspective on effective regulatory solutions and on making complex topics easier to navigate.
