You'll be the trusted voice on sensitive comp calls and the architect of the frameworks that support Qonto's long-term growth, working closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol, Comp & Ben Director, your future manager.\nWhat you'll do\nAdvise on high-stakes comp calls: Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers on benchmarks and guidance for hiring offers, promotions, retention cases and off-cycle reviews.\nTurn data into decisions: Combine market data, internal equity and business context into clear, defensible recommendations.\nOwn the cycles that matter: Run salary review cycles, policy updates and compliance monitoring end-to-end.\nBuild frameworks that scale: Design global grading, leveling, salary ranges and pay transparency for Qonto's next phase of growth.\nStrengthen governance: Sharpen decision rules, data quality and self-service resources with People, Finance, Legal and HRIS.\nWhat we're looking for\nEnd-to-end ownership: You've personally run several full compensation review cycles, not just supported them.\nMulti-country reach: You've managed benefits renewal across European countries.\nBusiness judgment over benchmarks: You diagnose the real problem before reaching for market data, and you recommend rather than just report.\nStakeholder backbone: You challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment, even when the answer is no.\nAI-fluent: You use AI tools to move faster on data analysis and modeling, not just to keep up.\nWhat we can offer you\nScope, not just data: You'll own complex, highly visible topics, not run benchmarks for someone else's decisions.\nDirect impact: Your calls shape hiring, retention and internal equity across the company.\nRoom to grow: More strategic exposure as you build track record.\nJudgment-first culture: An experienced, international, AI-first team where how you think matters as much as what you know.\nYour future manager\nYou'll report to Jean-Raphaël Demol, who has spent over 20 years building his Compensation & Benefits expertise, with roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals, Amazon and Criteo, where he spent 6 years as Director of Compensation and Benefits - overseeing benefits across 19 countries, equity strategy and international mobility.
