You’ll report to Matias del Carril, our CRM & Lifecycle Lead, and work closely with local marketing, product and growth teams.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the CRM strategy for Germany and Austria: You’ll define and run lifecycle communications, with Germany as your primary market and Austria as your secondary one.\nPartner with local teams: You’ll work with German and Austrian marketing managers and PMMs to turn local needs into CRM initiatives.\nBuild the regional playbook: You’ll set up the processes, planning cadence and ways of working for CRM across both markets.\nMove fast with AI: You’ll use AI tools to speed up campaign builds, testing and reporting.\nShow what moves the needle: You’ll report on conversion, feature adoption and business impact to marketing and product.\nWhat we’re looking for\nLanguages: You’re fluent in German and English, with a feel for local business culture and regulation.\nLifecycle journeys: You’ve designed and run multi-step customer journeys in platforms such as Braze, Customer.io or HubSpot.\nCross-team initiative: You’ve launched lifecycle initiatives with marketing, product and ops, and earned senior stakeholders’ trust along the way.\nDirection under ambiguity: You set priorities and keep momentum in a regional structure that’s still evolving.\nAI-enabled approach: You use AI to improve the speed and quality of campaign creation, testing and analysis.\nDon’t tick every box?
