Talent Acquisition Manager (Growth, Corporate, Operations)

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Manager to find, attract, and hire the best profiles for Qonto's Growth, Corporate, and Operations teams across Europe. You'll report to Joshua, our Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for Growth, Corporate, and Operations, and your work will directly shape how fast and how well we build the teams behind Qonto's product for clients.

What you'll do

• Own the hiring process end to end: partner with hiring managers across Growth, Corporate, and Operations to define role needs and target skills, then run the process from opening to offer.
• Find and attract candidates for business profiles across several markets, building a pipeline that matches what each team actually needs.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the process, acting as a coach so they get a clear, honest, and well-paced experience.
• Build direct relationships with your business stakeholders so hiring decisions are made together, not handed down.
• Use data to steer your recruiting: Tableau for performance tracking and a state of the art ATS, to spot what's working and fix what isn't.

What we're looking for

• A confirmed experience in recruitment, in-house or at an agency, focused on business profiles rather than technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills: you can run several open roles at once, prioritize daily, and follow a hiring process at the right pace without cutting corners.
• A problem-solving mindset: when a search stalls or a process breaks, you look for the fix rather than the excuse.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. You'll represent Qonto directly to candidates, so how you show up matters.
• Fluent English is required. French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese is a strong plus given the markets you'll cover.
