School and personal projects count.\nYou know the basics of Git: you can explain branching, pull requests and review.\nYou communicate proactively: you ask questions early, flag blockers and welcome feedback.\nYou are studying computer science or a related technical field, ideally Master 2 or an engineering degree. Benjamin started as a network software developer at Thales, where he also owned software integration and verification for defence routing protocols. He then moved into machine learning and became CTO of Collective Thinking, a healthcare deep-learning startup, where he hired, onboarded and managed a team of 10 engineers.
