Un prestataire externe gère aujourd'hui l'intégralité de l'exploitation ; l'objectif est de réduire progressivement cette dépendance.\n\nDéplacements à Bruxelles ponctuels. \nMission : Rejoindre l'équipe pour prendre en charge l'exploitation, l'optimisation et la sécurisation de l'infrastructure Kubernetes / Linux / PostgreSQL qui héberge la solution. Responsabilités : • Administrer et optimiser un cluster Kubernetes multi-nœuds (performance, disponibilité, montée en charge) • Durcir la sécurité du cluster : hardening, réduction de la surface d'attaque, conformité aux exigences imposées par le client. • Administrer les environnements Linux (montée en compétence de l'équipe, aujourd'hui principalement Windows) • Gérer le parc de VM OVH et les services managés associés • Administrer et faire évoluer la base PostgreSQL, cœur de la solution (compétence actuellement absente en interne) • Maîtriser les protocoles utilisés par la solution (WebRTC, protocoles temps réel, écosystème Matrix) • Assurer un support technique de niveau 2/3 : diagnostic et résolution d'incidents • Contribuer, avec l'ingénieur DevOps, à la réduction progressive de la dépendance au prestataire externe\nProfil recherché\nCompétences requises :\n• Solide expérience en administration Linux\n• Kubernetes : déploiement, administration, optimisation, sécurité (RBAC, network policies, etc.) • PostgreSQL : administration, tuning, sauvegarde/restauration\n• Infrastructure OVH (VM, réseau, services managés)\n• Bonne connaissance des protocoles réseau et WebRTC\n• Capacité à s'approprier un environnement technique existant et peu documenté\nCompétences appréciées :\n• Connaissance de l'écosystème Matrix (Synapse/Element ou équivalent)\n• Notions Terraform / Ansible / CI-CD\n• Expérience en environnement institutionnel / secteur public européen\nProfil recherché :\n• Ingénieur système confirmé à senior (5 ans d'expérience et plus), autonome\n• Pas de dimension architecture attendue (déjà couverte en interne)\n• Rigueur, sens du service, à l'aise dans un contexte imposant de fortes contraintes de
