You build a scalable knowledge and learning ecosystem and are responsible for planning and communicating key rollouts of new features and releases.\nYour mission\nbuild, structure, and maintain product-related documentation (e.g., manuals, release notes, FAQs, internal guidelines)\nuse AI tools to efficiently create, revise, and update texts and learning materials\nensure uniform documentation standards, glossaries, style guides, and consistent, audience-appropriate language (including in-product texts)\nestablish and maintain a central knowledge base for employees and prepare relevant content for customers\nidentify internal learning needs and design learning paths (onboarding, product training, feature updates, certifications)\nplan and conduct internal software training and support the development of a train-the-trainer approach\ncommunicate new features internally and externally (text, visuals, presentations) and provide regular feedback to development teams\nact as a direct interface with product management, development, QA, client success, sales, and marketing; actively shape the role and product enablement area\nYour profile\nDegree in Education/Educational Sciences, Communication/Media, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field\nExcellent German (min. C1) and English (min.
