You develop targeted search strategies and find the right candidates even for challenging positions.\nEnd-to-End Recruiting: You independently manage your vacancies from start to finish - from the kick-off with Hiring Managers and candidate outreach through interviews to successful hires.\nStakeholder Management: You work closely with our Hiring Managers, advise them on candidate selection and ensure a transparent and efficient recruiting process.\nCandidate Experience: You guide candidates professionally and respectfully throughout the entire process and ensure fast, clear communication.\nRecruiting Excellence: You manage your pipelines based on data and KPIs, set the right priorities and continuously improve our recruiting processes with your own ideas. You also test new AI tools and methods and bring innovative approaches to recruiting.\nInternational Recruiting: You support our recruiting activities across different markets and contribute to hiring for international positions.\nYour profile\nSeveral years of professional experience in recruiting, with strong expertise in active sourcing.\nInternational recruiting experience is a plus.
