This role is for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, move fast, and solve real problems in a space that matters. It will be a grind. If you're looking for a large team with clearly defined swim lanes, this isn't it. If you want to own things end-to-end from day one, read on.\n\nWhat you'll be doing :\n\n- Work with engineering and design to ship features - bill digitisation, multi-site dashboards, contract monitoring, Scope 2 reporting. Understand what our customers need, write clear specs, and follow through to delivery.\n\n- Help translate complex energy contract logic into usable product flows. Think through how a CFO or facility manager experiences a contract - from onboarding to monthly settlement - and make it smoother.\n\n- Customer Feedback Loops: Talk to customers. Sit in on calls. Synthesise what you hear into things the team can act on.\n\n- Data & Analytics: Dig into usage data, identify patterns, and flag things that matter. We have a large and growing dataset of electricity bills and metering data - there's a lot to find.\n\n- Cross-functional Work: Work closely with our energy, sales, and engineering teams. At this stage, the product sits at the centre of almost everything.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Currently in or recently completed a programme at a Tier I institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS, NIT-T, ISB, or equivalent).\n\n- At least one prior product internship - we want to see that you've written a PRD, talked to users, or shipped something, even if small.\n\n- Strong written communication. You'll be writing specs, summarising customer calls, and flagging issues clearly.\n\n- Comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means the brief changes. You need to be okay with that.\n\n- Genuine curiosity about energy. You don't need to know what a DISCOM is on day one - but you should find it interesting when you find out.\n\nSkills\nProduct Management, Product Analyst, Product Roadmap, PDLC","description_format":"text","description_chars":2002,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Recruiting & Staffing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-21T08:35:00Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":20,"reasons":["seen:0","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:13:19Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/qrata-associate-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/qrata-associate-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-22T06:13:19Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1018,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-23T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3800640},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3800640"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fqrata-associate-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fqrata-associate-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fqrata-associate-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/qrata-associate-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fqrata-associate-product-manager"}]}
