Group is seeking a Process Development Scientist with:\nExperience preparing syringes and vials with cosmetic, particle, or solution defects for developmental studies, equipment characterization, training activities, and commercial equipment setup.\nExperience using laboratory equipment and instruments, including calipers, microscopes, and analytical balances.\nStrong manual dexterity, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and create defects in glass containers.\nStrong creative mindset and exceptional fine motor skills, with the ability to handle, cut, shape, and craft miniature items with precision, including preparing particles and creating defects for laboratory studies\nAbility to develop, introduce, or improve defect-creation methods for laboratory use.\nAbility to evaluate defects and other conditions in primary containers.\nKnowledge of aseptic techniques, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and visual manual inspection techniques.\nAbility to manage projects of limited scope under general direction.\nAbility to motivate and support the work of others.\nInnovative, resourceful approach to developing methods for creating cosmetic defects in vials and syringes.\nProficiency with AI tools to support research, information organization, and workflow improvement, using sound judgment and following applicable company requirements.\nRequirements\nDoctorate o Marter's Degree + 2 years of Scientific experience Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of Scietific experience\nBilingual (Spanish/English)\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, including experience coordinating projects and working with other departments.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.\nHighly motivated, charismatic, and approachable team player who actively supports colleagues, stays engaged, and contributes positively to team activities and shared
