equipment adjustments and process\noptimization.\n\nAssist with mechanicalline changeovers and equipment setup activities.\n\nSupport spare partsmanagement activities, including inventory monitoring and availability of\ncritical components.\n\nInvestigate equipmentfailures and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nAnalyze equipmentperformance and identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency\nimprovements.\n\nCollaborate withOperations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve technical\nchallenges.\n\nEnsure all activitiesare conducted in compliance with Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nExperience supportingautomated manufacturing, packaging, filling, or production equipment.\n\nStrong troubleshootingand root cause analysis skills.\n\nExperience withpreventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.\n\nAbility to workeffectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong communication andproblem-solving abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within thepharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences industries.\n\nFamiliarity withGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\n\nExperience working withhighly automated production systems.\n\nKnowledge of spare partsmanagement and inventory control.\n\nLean Manufacturingand/or Continuous Improvement
