The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring objectives, quality standards, and recruitment metrics.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple client projects and service requisitions.\nCreate, publish, update, and remove job postings across various recruitment platforms, job boards, social media channels, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).\nSource and attract qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies, networking, databases, and online platforms.\nReview and evaluate resumes to identify candidates whose qualifications align with client requirements.\nConduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources representatives.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit or similar platforms.\nEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nCollaborate closely with account managers, project teams, and clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.\nRequirements\nAssociate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function.\nExperience recruiting for regulated industries, including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments.\nHands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit or similar platforms.\nExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.\nStrong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.\nStrong customer-service orientation and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting contract staffing, consulting services, or project-based workforce solutions.\nFamiliarity with recruiting technical, engineering, scientific, or manufacturing professionals.\nKnowledge of recruitment metrics and talent acquisition best
