phases.\nKey Responsibilities\n-SAP Implementation & Validation Support\nProvide on-site SAP support during implementation, testing, and go-live\nSupport validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in alignment with CSV (Computer System Validation) requirements\nAssist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution\nEnsure SAP processes align with regulatory and quality requirements\n-Training & User Readiness\nDevelop and deliver training tailored to medical device operations (production, quality, warehouse)\nCreate compliant documentation: Work Instructions (WIs), SOPs Job aids and training materials Coach end users on SAP transactions and best practices\n-End-User Support (Hypercare)\nAct as first-line SAP support during go-live and stabilization phase\nTroubleshoot issues related to transactions, master data, and workflows\nEscalate technical issues and coordinate with IT and external SAP partners\n-Regulatory & Quality Compliance\nEnsure SAP usage complies with:\no FDA 21 CFR Part 820 / Part 11\no ISO 13485\no Data integrity and audit trail requirements\nSupport audit readiness and documentation integrity\n-Process Alignment & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify gaps between business processes and SAP system functionality\nRecommend process improvements aligned with medical device compliance standards\nSupport post-go-live optimization efforts\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field\n3-6 years of SAP experience, including at least one full implementation\nExperience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment\nStrong knowledge of at least one SAP module (MM, PP, QM, WM, SD, or FI/CO)\nExperience supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) and documentation\nProven experience delivering end-user training in a regulated environment\nWorking knowledge of FDA and ISO compliance requirements\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills\nFluent in English (Spanish strongly preferred)\nOnsite administrative shift (availability to work extended hours during go-live and hypercare period)\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP S/4HANA experience\nSAP certification (any module)\nExperience with quality management processes (CAPA, NCR, traceability, batch/lot control)\nFamiliarity with electronic records
