The Planner is responsible for supporting supply chain and manufacturing planning activities to ensure material availability, inventory optimization, and uninterrupted production operations. This role collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain effective planning strategies that support business objectives and customer demand. \nThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within a regulated manufacturing environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities \nDevelop and maintain production and inventory plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements.\nAnalyze inventory levels, material availability, and production requirements to ensure continuity of operations.\nMonitor planning parameters and recommend adjustments to optimize service levels and inventory performance.\nCoordinate with Procurement and suppliers to support timely material availability.\nIdentify and communicate potential supply risks, shortages, and capacity constraints.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to resolve planning-related issues.\nGenerate and analyze reports related to inventory, demand, capacity, and production performance.\nSupport planning activities associated with product launches, engineering changes, and business initiatives.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects focused on planning, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.\nRequirements\nEducation \nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in planning, supply chain, materials management, inventory control, procurement, or related functions.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is required.\nExperience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or other regulated industries is highly
