workforce capability.\nThe Training Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site training programs to support GMP, GDP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), FDA regulations, Warning Letter commitments, remediation initiatives, and operational excellence objectives.\nThis role is critical in strengthening the site's remediation efforts through enhanced training governance, robust qualification programs, and proactive monitoring of training compliance.\nWillingness to work in El Paso, Texas.\nResponsibilities:\nTraining Leadership and Compliance\nAssociate Development and Capability Building\nRemediation and Quality Culture Support\nTraining Program Development\nPeople Leadership\nOperational Support\n Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment in training management, learning and development, quality training, or curriculum development.\nExperience managing learning management systems and training compliance programs.\nStrong experience developing and implementing training strategies in regulated environments.\nExperience supporting FDA-regulated operations and GMP requirements.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, GDPs, and Data Integrity requirements.\nDemonstrated leadership in remediation and regulatory compliance improvement initiatives.\nStrong proficiency in training compliance oversight, audit readiness, and inspection support.\nProven ability to develop associate capabilities and drive a sustainable quality culture.\n Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to influence effectively and
