1. ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน (System & User Support)- รับเรื่อง ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshoot) ระบบ ERP จากผู้ใช้งาน- ประสานงานกับทีม Technical หรือ Vendor ภายนอกในกรณีที่เป็นปัญหาระดับลึก2. บริหารจัดการข้อมูลและสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน (Data & Access Control)- ตั้งค่าและอนุมัติสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเมนูต่าง ๆ ของผู้ใช้งาน (User Roles & Permissions)- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล และตรวจสอบการ Sync ข้อมูลระหว่าง ERP กับระบบอื่น

Qualifications

ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Application Support, ERP/POS Support หรือเคยดูแล ERP : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC / Navision) จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
มีความรู้ในการจัดการสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน (User Role, Permission Sets, User Setup) ภายในระบบ D365 BC
เข้าใจโมดูลสำคัญของ D365 BC และ API
