Our passion for innovation, quality and sustainability guides our business on a daily basis, as we light the way to a brilliant, productive and connected world.\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a problem solver with an application engineering and/or programming background in BAS controls to help support our network of System Integrators and End-User customers with adoption of the best technology our industry has to offer.\nAs a Sales Support Engineer you will be the product subject matter expert and dynamic thinker for our Sales Team engaging in various types of support activities.\nYou will work directly with your System Integrators, End User Customers, and Regional Sales Managers to create and manage your own schedule of commitments.\nYou will be joining a solutions sales team with an incredible family-like culture. We look forward to meeting you.\nThis position is Remote (work from home), based in Singapore and does require company-paid travel.\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions):\nNew Product Introductions \nAssist with the development and presentation of tech focused sessions/webminars/lunch and learns \nSupporting new customer onboardings \nSupport industry trade show events by assisting with product demonstrations and support with lead generation during events \nProduct feature demonstrations \nProviding supplemental product training \nSupporting projects that are adopting new technology for the first time \nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to stay informed about product capabilities, advancements, and limitations \nProvide assistance in project tenders when collaborating with regional sales managers and system integrator partners \nSkills And Minimum Experience Required:\nExceptional knowledge and understanding of the Tridium Niagara Framework. EC-Net (The Distech Brand of Tridium Niagara) is a cornerstone of a Distech Controls solution.
