The Associate will represent lienholders and property owners in connection with title and lien disputes, resolve outstanding interests in property, investigate fraud in real estate transactions, represent title insurers in recoupment actions, and advise insurers on title coverage issues.\nRole and Responsibilities\nPrepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.\nIndependently manage a litigation caseload\nPrepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, including depositions.\nAttend mediations and otherwise negotiate settlements.\nCommunicate with shareholders, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.\nExamine title commitments, abstracts, and searches;
