Our\necosystem brings together diverse creative ventures - spanning music, live\nexperiences, content, and media - into one vertically integrated network. We\nare building Africa’s next-generation creative infrastructure - connecting\naudiences, brands, and talent across borders - and are now seeking a Chief\nOperating Officer (COO) to help us run one of the most ambitious creative\nenterprises on the continent.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategic Leadership: Work directly withthe Group CEO to translate the group's strategic vision into actionable\noperational plans and objectives. Drive the integration of operations\nacross all business units to maximize efficiency and revenue.\n\nOperational Oversight: Lead, manage, andoptimize the operational functions of all the Group entities across all\nmarkets. This includes overseeing business processes, performance metrics,\nand operational budgets.\n\nTeam Management & Development: Provideinspirational leadership to the country and business unit managers. Foster\na culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Mentor\nand develop talent to build a strong operational leadership pipeline.\n\nProcess Improvement & Standardization: Identify, documentand implement best practices and standardized operational procedures\nacross all markets and business units to improve efficiency, reduce costs,\nand enhance service delivery.\n\n Financial & Performance Management: Monitor operationalperformance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial\ntargets. Work with finance teams to manage operational budgets, analyze\nfinancial data, and provide insights to the CEO and the board.\n\nMarket & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamlesscommunication and collaboration between different business units and\nmarkets. Ensure that operations support the commercial, creative, and\nstrategic goals of each entity.\n\nRisk Management & Compliance: Ensure alloperations are conducted in compliance with local regulations, industry\nstandards, and internal policies.
