Responding to customers’ requests,\novercoming their obstacles and provide first level services. Controlling the\nexecution process by working closely with Sales, Production Planning,\nMarketing, Logistics, Affiliates, Documentation and other concerned\ndepartments. Monitoring and controlling customers’ shipments to facilitate any\ndifficulties within the delivery cycle, including managing related claims and\ncomplaints. Following up the shipments with all service providers, customs\nbrokers and any other concerned party. Supporting the management, SBU and the\nclient’s strategies, act according to the client’s values and mission.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOrder\nManagement\nE-business\nPromote\ne-Commerce to the customers and meets the utilization targets\nPre-Order\nManagement and Order Entry\nReview\nand validate the sales offer and customer confirmed purchase order\nCheck\nand ensure a good standing financial status before creating/releasing the\norders.\nMonitor\nunblocking process by interacting with Sales according to MAS.\nCreate/Release\nSales orders according to customer purchase order as per the sales\nconfirmation, and fulfil the order requirements.\nScheduling\nthe orders based on customers’ requests and materials availability\"\n·Order\nFulfilment\nCreate\noutbound delivery and shipment in a timely manner and schedule them to be\ndelivered as confirmed.\nNominate\nthe shipments to the service providers based on the given allocation from\nlogistics.\nSending\nthe nominations to service providers and affiliates.\nFulfil\nthe outbound delivery and/or shipment of any required data such as the reason\nof delay\nEnsure\nclosing the orders in SAP properly and on time.\nDocumentation.\nResponsible\nof the execution of providing all direct orders (except LC orders) documents.\nPrinting Commercial invoice, confirming B/Ls, printing Certificate of Analysis\n(supplying if not in the SAP data), providing packing list, Certificate of\nOrigin (COA) and marine insurance, creating Producer Certificate (COP)\nConfirming\nand following all STO orders B/L drafts, making necessary corrections.\nResponsible\nfor providing soft copies of the LC orders to CS Team and following the LC\nprocesses with HQ Documentation Department.\nResponsible\nfor providing the marine insurance for KSA, EU, or America origin orders by\nworking with HQ Documentation Department.\nShipment\nMonitoring\nFollowing\nup the shipments with concerns until delivering the orders to the customers on\ntime.\nMonitor\nlogistics performance to ensure delivering the shipments in a good conditions\nand as per the client’s standards to avoid customer complaints.\nInvestigate\nin case of shipment delay, update SAP with the applicable reason of delay, and\nreport the delay to the concerns parties.\nManaging\nclaims related to delayed shipments, detentions, demurrage, damages and/or any\nincident.\nReporting\nany failure, incident or performance issue from service providers to the\nconcerns of the logistics and safety Classification: Confidential.\nReporting\nPrepare\nand submit day-to-day operations and performance reports\nIssuing\nspecial reports based on the request of CS Manager and others.\nGeneral Tasks\nRespond\nto customers’ requests and communicate in a professional way with a customer\noriented style to maintain excellent relationship\nVerify\nand investigate complaints and claims form customer, service providers,\naffiliates or any other parties.\nReport\nany interruptions that would disrupt or delay the work or the deliveries to the\ncustomers and resolve them or propose appropriate solutions\nResponsible\nfor orders system related issues\nResponsible\nfor quality notifications assigned to customer service, investigate and update\nthe notification with the resolution and feedback.\nHandling\nthe approved compensation in SAP for any justified complaints.\nExecute\ndiversions and returns process if necessary.\nExecute\ncredit or debit notes if necessary and approved.\nSupport\nthe business by issuing free sample orders once approved\nMaintain\nSAP mater data for the customers\nResolve\nData Quality and Mirror Plant related issues\nPartly\nresponsible for Customer Satisfaction (NPS)\nProvide\nsuggested solutions in case of operational interruptions and approve or\nescalate solution to the Management\nIssuing\nSAP repeat agreements for contractual and non-contractual customers.\nExtract\nthe orders list from SAP for repeat calculations and creating repeat credit\nnotes based on the approved figures\nParticipate\nin meetings and projects on demand\nCommit to the\nclient’s and department policies and procedures\nKNOWLEDGE,\nSKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:\nGood\ncommand of the English Language.\nDegree\nor Diploma with over 5 years relevant working experience\nExperience\nwith SAP or related ERP Customer Service Training and Certification\nInterested\nand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the link\nbelow.\nNote:\nOnly shortlisted applicants will be\ncontacted.\nQ-SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUAL\nOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
