As part of our ambitious growth journey, we seek a dynamicGroup Financial Planning And\nAnalysis Manager for the timely procurement and delivery of high-quality,\nlow-cost products and proper processing of assigned orders. \nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nStrategic Financial Planning and Analysis\nEstablish\nand develop the FP&A function, including implementing tools, processes, and\nbest practices.\nEstablish\na weekly dashboard for CEO & CFO based on key financial metrics and\norganizational scorecard targets\nLead\nthe annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment\nwith business objectives.\nProvide\nscenario analysis and stress testing to assess the financial implications of\nstrategic decisions\nBuild\nand maintain rolling forecasts, providing real-time insights into performance\nagainst targets, and analysing variances.\nDevelop,\nrefine and update financial models and analysis to support strategic\ndecision-making\nDevelop\nand update investor documentation required in the fundraising process\nPartner\nwith the CFO to manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital to\nsupport rapid growth.\nMonitor\nmarket trends and financial performance to provide proactive recommendations\nfor business growth and risk management.\nDrive\nautomation and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.\nFinancial close and reporting\nCoordinate\nthe monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and\ncompliance with financial policies and procedures\nOversee\naccount reconciliations and validate financial results\nPrepare\nand present financial reports, providing variance analysis against budgets and\nforecasts, along with key insights\nSupport\nfinancial consolidation and reporting for multiple legal entities\nProcess improvement and\ncompliance\nContinuously\nanalyse and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and\nimplementing efficient alternatives\nWork\nwith external advisors to manage tax compliance and filings\nAssist\nin annual audit processes, collaborating with auditors and resolving inquiries\nefficiently\nCollaboration &\nCross-Functional Support\nPartner\nwith the CGO and Customer Experience to align financial insights with go-to\nmarket strategies\nSupport\nstrategic initiatives related to topline growth and cost optimization\nProvide\ndata-driven insights to leadership teams, enabling informed decision-making\nacross the organization\nMandatory\nRequirements\nQualifications\n& Education\nBSc.\nIn Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or\nprofessional qualification\nCFA/\nCPA/ ACCA/ CIMA) is preferred.\n7+\nyears of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance in a\nscaling up/high growth company, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nExperience\nwith Zoho and/or Oracle ERP is an added advantage\nExperience\nin building or transforming an FP&A function is highly desirable.\nStrong\nfinancial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.\nExcellent\nanalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to\ndecision-making.\nProficiency\nin financial systems & reporting tools (e.g., ERP, Power BI, Tableau).\nAdvanced\nExcel is required\nStrong\ncommunication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence\nsenior stakeholders.\nExperience\nin professional services, and/or a high-growth environment is an advantage.\nRequirements\nBSc.\nIn Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
