and resource\nallocation.\n\nMonitor projectprogress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.\n\nTeam\nLeadership and Collaboration:\nLeadcross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and\nresponsibilities.\n\nFacilitatecollaboration between developers, designers, QA, and business\nstakeholders.\n\nProvidecoaching and mentorship to team members to ensure professional growth.\n\nStakeholder\nManagement:\nAct as theprimary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project\nprogress and addressing concerns.\n\nBuild strongrelationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure\nalignment.\n\nManageexpectations and ensure project objectives are met.\n\nRisk\nManagement:\nIdentifypotential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them\nproactively.\n\nMonitor projectrisks and implement changes as needed to minimize impact.\n\nPreparecontingency plans for unforeseen challenges.\n\nAgile\nProject Management:\nImplement andpromote Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\nConduct dailystand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.\n\nEnsurecontinuous delivery of value through iterative project cycles.\n\nResource\nManagement:\nAllocateresources effectively, balancing team workloads and project priorities.\n\nEnsure optimalutilization of team members’ skills and expertise.\n\nManage projectbudgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.\n\nQuality\nAssurance:\nEnsuredeliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.\n\nOversee testingprocesses and coordinate with QA teams to resolve issues.\n\nDrivecontinuous improvement initiatives for process and product quality.\n\nReporting\nand Documentation:\nPreparedetailed project reports, including status updates, progress metrics, and\npost-project evaluations.\n\nMaintaincomprehensive documentation for project artifacts, decisions, and lessons\nlearned.\n\nPresent projectoutcomes and insights to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS,\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\n5+ years ofexperience in project management or related roles.\n\nStrongunderstanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum,\nWaterfall).\n\nProven trackrecord of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within\nbudget.\n\nProficiencywith project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.\n\nExceptionalcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\nExperiencemanaging cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKnowledge ofsoftware development lifecycles, particularly for web and mobile projects.\n\nAnalyticalThinking: Strong problem-solving skills to provide actionable feedback.\n\nCommunicationSkills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nLocal ContextUnderstanding: Awareness of user behaviours, preferences, and challenges\nin
