This role demands strong communication and analytical skills,\na comprehensive understanding of HR services, and a proven ability to drive\nstrategic growth across multiple industries.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales and Proposal Management:\n·Create compelling and customized proposals, presentations,\nand value propositions based on client needs for Growth and Customer.\n·Negotiate contracts and service agreements with prospective\nclients, ensuring all terms are mutually beneficial.\n·Work with internal teams to prepare quotes, service level\nagreements (SLAs), and other contractual documentation.\nBusiness Strategy & Reporting:\n·Collaborate with the senior leadership team to refine the\nfirm’s business development strategy, identifying target markets and potential\npartners.\n·Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and\nrevenue projections to management.\n·Analyze competitors’ offerings and provide recommendations\nfor improving the firm’s business development approach.\n·Monitor client satisfaction and engage in post-sales\nrelationship management to foster repeat business and referrals.\nCollaboration with Internal Teams:\n·Work closely with the HR consulting and operations teams to\nensure a seamless delivery of HR services to clients.\n·Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant\ndepartments to ensure services are tailored and delivered effectively.\n·Collaborate with the marketing team to align business\ndevelopment initiatives with current campaigns and digital marketing efforts.\nAchieving business Targets:\n·Maintain a strong accurate sales pipeline and actively work\nto convert leads into closed deals.\n·Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and\ncross-selling additional HR services to existing clients.\nClient Retention and Satisfaction:\nEnsure that all clients’ needs are addressed proactively,ensuring high levels of satisfaction.\n\nConduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensureongoing business and service quality.\n\nAddress client concerns promptly and work towards resolvingany issues that arise during the course of the business relationship.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for prospective clients,responding to inquiries, understanding their HR needs, and presenting\ncustomized solutions.\n\nManage the sales process from initial inquiry to contractsigning, ensuring a smooth transition between business development and client\nservicing teams.\n\nRequirements\nAcademic Qualifications:\n·Bachelors Degree /Diploma\nin Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Marketing or related\nfield\nMinimumof 5 years experience writing big proposals of over USD 1M.\n\nAdded Advantage:\nworkingwith or supporting research teams, recruitment analytics, or collaboration\nwith research/staffing firms is a strong advantage.\n\nKey Skills:\n·Strong understanding of HR services, such as recruitment,\ntalent management, employee benefits, and training solutions.\n·Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)\nwith the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.\n·Strong networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n·Ability to build long-term relationships with clients,\npartners, and prospects.\n·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with\nattention to detail.\n·Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Jazz HR)\nand MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nAll candidates who meet the criteria outlined above are encouraged to\napply under the job vacancy“QSSU-PW-PROPOSAL WRITER”\n\nNote:\nThe deadline for\napplications is not later than05:00 pmThursday29th May,2025\n Only\nshortlisted applicants will be contacted.\n Q-SOURCING\nSERVTEC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
