The role\nensures that all technical spares are properly tracked, stored, and issued\npromptly through SAP to minimize machine downtime and maintain optimal plant\nperformance.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n·Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all technical\nspare parts, tools, and critical machine components in SAP.\n·Identify, source, and procure quality spares,\nparts, and tools from approved suppliers while ensuring cost efficiency and\nquality standards.\n·Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and\nissuance of technical spares and parts through SAP.\n·Support maintenance and production teams by\nensuring the right spares are available at the right time to minimize downtime.\n·Maintain an organized and clearly labeled spares\nstore, ensuring proper cataloging, shelving, and storage based on type,\ncriticality, and usage frequency.\n·Monitor spare parts usage trends and prepare\nre-order plans in SAP to avoid stock outs of critical items.\n·Conduct periodic physical stock counts and\nreconcile variances with SAP system reports.\n·Work closely with maintenance teams to understand\nequipment technical requirements and plan for long-lead spare parts\nproactively.\n·Ensure all obsolete, slow-moving, or redundant\nspares are identified, recorded in SAP, and recommendations for disposal or\nalternative use are made.\n·Support the\nFactory Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with technical insights regarding\nequipment spare parts specifications and compatibility.\n·Maintain proper records of spare parts warranties\nand follow up on claims or replacements with suppliers when needed.\n·Raise material requisitions, purchase orders, and\nspare parts procurement documentation accurately and timely in SAP.\n·Observe and enforce strict compliance to health,\nsafety, and environmental standards within the stores area.\n·Attend meetings and training sessions as required.\n·Any other responsibilities that may be\nassigned to the jobholder by the supervisor from time to time.\nKNOWLEDGE,\nSKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:\n·Diploma in\nMechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical\nEngineering, or a related technical field.\n·Specialized\ntraining or certification in Inventory Management, Stores Management, or SAP\nsystem usage.\n·Minimum of\n2 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment managing technical\nstores or engineering spares.\n·Mandatory\nknowledge and working experience with SAP ERP system (Materials Management\nand/or Plant Maintenance modules).\n·Strong\nknowledge of mechanical and electrical spare parts, tools, and technical\nequipment.\n·Proficiency\nin SAP system for inventory management (Material Creation, Goods Receipt,\nIssuance, Stock Monitoring, Reporting).\n·Ability to\nread and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and spare parts catalogues.\n·Inventory\nmanagement skills and experience with ERP stock control systems (SAP MM/PM).\n·Good\nnegotiation and sourcing skills for spares procurement.\n·Analytical\nthinking and problem-solving ability.\n·Strong\norganization skills and attention to detail.\n·Ability to\nwork independently and prioritize workload.\n·Good\ncommunication and teamwork skills.\n·Strong\ncomputer literacy (MS Excel, SAP, Inventory Databases).\n·Awareness\nof safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\n·Ability to\nwork under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines\n·Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nApplication procedure\nInterested and qualified applicants\nshould submit their applications through the link below.\nNote:\nOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.\nQ-SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUAL\nOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
