You will delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, cook, and serve hot and cold food items in accordance with recipes, production standards, and service expectations. \nTake ownership of assigned production areas and ensure food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. \nAssist with coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks during busy service periods. \nProvide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to team members and newly hired employees. \nMonitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency throughout service. \nMaintain accurate food safety, sanitation, and temperature logs in compliance with regulatory requirements. \nAssist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and product organization using FIFO practices. \nIdentify inventory shortages, quality concerns, and operational issues and communicate them promptly. \nSupport cost-control initiatives by minimizing waste and maximizing product utilization. \nEnsure workstations, equipment, storage areas, and kitchen facilities remain clean, organized, and inspection ready. \nExecute menu plans accurately while coordinating with operational stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery. \nProvide exceptional customer service and professionally resolve routine customer concerns. \nRecommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, food quality, safety, and customer experience. \nServe as a dependable operational resource, helping maintain workflow, service levels, and production standards throughout the shift. \nThe hours for this role are 9:30pm-4:30am OR 10pm-6am (rotating weeklly) $.75/hr. night shift premium.\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma preferred \nExperience\nMinimum of 8 years of hands-on food service experience required, with strong cooking and culinary skills. \nDemonstrated ability to independently manage food production, service execution, and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience training, mentoring, or supporting team members preferred. \nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nServSafe Manager Certification preferred. \nValid Driver's License required. \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations knowledge. \nExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. \nAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nWorking knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. \nInventory awareness and basic cost-control understanding. \nProblem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities. \nAbility to train, coach, and support team members. \nAbility to manage material and labor costs. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and operational technology systems. \nHigh level of accountability, dependability, and initiative. \nPhysical Demand Requirements\nManual Dexterity: Work requires manual dexterity to handle knives and other kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, choppers, scoops, and scales. \nPhysical Effort: Work requires handling up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
