Escalate to management when necessary.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nAppropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Administrative services.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to inform staff on project objectives.\nAbility to respond quickly and effectively to clients' needs and issues.\n\nAbility to understand and communicate issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.\n\nAbility to relate to and develop relationships with Client’s low-and-mid level management.\n\nAbility to understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Client’s marketing goals.\n\nAbility to achieve a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within the Client Service team.\n\nAbility to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.\n\nDemonstrate flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules.\n\nDemonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving.\n\nDemonstrate the ability to act on own initiative.\n\nAbility and willingness to take direction from superiors.\n\nAbility and willingness to build and maintain positive relationships quickly.\n\nDemonstrate willingness to work together with peers and other Quad departments to improve quality and performance.\n\nExperience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, ChatGPT, Jira, and Adobe Workfront is preferred, but not required.\n\nTHE CLIENT\nBass Pro Shops is an outdoor retailer built around helping people connect with nature.
