This individual partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and subject matter experts to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.\nThis role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who enjoys coordinating integrated marketing campaigns, developing customer-focused content, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that support lead generation, product awareness, and customer engagement. The Marketing Specialist partners with the Director of Marketing and marketing team members to execute integrated marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, develop content, and manage projects that support business growth and customer engagement.\nSalary: $50k-$60k\nResponsibilities:\nMarketing Coordination\nServe as the primary marketing contact for the Laboratory Billing & Revenue Cycle Services division. \nCoordinate execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaign plans in partnership with the Director of Marketing. \nMeet regularly with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to understand business priorities and identify marketing opportunities. \nAssist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth and customer engagement. \nCoordinate marketing projects across internal teams including digital marketing, marketing operations, communications, creative services, and events. \nContent Marketing\nCreate and coordinate content including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and social media. \nCoordinate subject matter experts, customer speakers, and external partners for educational content and events. \nManage content development and proofreading for the quarterly Laboratory Billing client newsletter. \nResearch industry trends and identify opportunities for marketing content and thought leadership. \nSales Support\nPartner with Sales to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and customer engagement. \nAttend recurring meetings to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity. \nCoordinate development of presentations, collateral, customer stories, campaign assets, and other sales support materials. \nAssist with proposal development and strategic marketing initiatives as needed. \nWork with Marketing Operations to support campaign execution and lead generation efforts. \nEvents & Customer Engagement\nCoordinate marketing activities for conferences, webinars, customer events, and industry programs. \nAssist with planning, content development, logistics, and promotional efforts for events. \nHelp identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities that increase market awareness. \nSupport follow-up marketing activities to maximize engagement after events.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required. \n3-5 years of marketing experience required, preferably in B2B, healthcare, technology, SaaS or related field. \nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.\nExperience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred. \nHighly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.\nExperience with graphic design and visual content creation is a plus.\nPhysical Demands: General office demands include sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing business needs, and meeting deadlines.
