Then reverts to hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 day working remote each week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess analysis to determine areas of process improvement.\nEnsure that all corporate and client goals are being met.\nAdd, adapt, and implement processes to meet the needs of both the client and the teams.\nOversee management staff and provide education and guidance as needed.\nMonitor dashboards to ensure work is current and adjust staffing to address any out of target work.\nMonitor productivity of staff.
