See how we’re building tomorrow’s solutions, together. \nRole Overview\nReporting to the Director, Enterprise Architecture & AI, the primary duties and responsibilities of the AI Application Developer is to specialize in leveraging the Microsoft AI ecosystem to design, build, and integrate AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and enterprise workflows. You will work throughout the AI application lifecycle-from ideation and prototyping to production deployment-collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDevelop, test, and deploy functional automation and AI solutions (e.g., Generative AI, semi-autonomous agents and agentic AI) using platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and other tools.\nDesign prompt flows, orchestrations, and grounding strategies.\nBuild and maintain integrations, APIs, and automation scripts to support AI/ML solutions.\nConnect AI applications to enterprise systems via connectors, APIs, MCP servers, and Microsoft Cloud components.\nLeverage Azure services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI) to build scalable, secure architectures.\nStructure content and datasets to optimize retrieval, grounding, and AI accuracy.\nCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into working AI solutions.\nConduct testing, document solutions, and monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed agents for performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, support adoption, and participate in change management.\nStay current on emerging AI/ML techniques and Microsoft's AI tooling ecosystem.\nQualifications:\nProficiency in Python, with experience building and integrating AI-driven applications\nHands-on familiarity with general AI and generative AI concepts and capabilities\nExperience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Copilot Studio, or strong ability to ramp quickly\nWorking knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI)\nExperience building, deploying, and managing AI agents in production environments\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous problems\nClear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams\nNice-to-have:\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks\nBackground in enterprise architecture or cloud solution design\nExperience with additional Microsoft Cloud AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio, Semantic Kernel)\nEducation & Certifications:\nDiploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert)\nWhy Quadbridge:\n\nInvest in Your Future - Benefit from our RRSP program to help you plan ahead \nGrow With Us - Take advantage of ongoing professional training and development opportunities.\nComprehensive Coverage - A complete health, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance plan\nTop-Tier Equipment - We provide everything you need to do your best work.\nA Vibrant Workplace - Join us for monthly social and team building events.\n\nBring Your Best Friend - Our offices are pet-friendly!\nQuadbridge is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in compliance with the Canadian Human Rights Act and Employment Equity Act.
