See how we’re building tomorrow’s solutions, together. \nRole Overview:\nThe AI Business Analyst is the bridge between Quadbridge's business stakeholders and the AI Center of Excellence's solution implementation team. You will work directly with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and translate them into clear, actionable AI and automation requirements, then stay engaged through delivery as part of the implementation team - working alongside AI Architects, AI Application Developers, and Data Engineers to make sure what gets built actually solves the business problem.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nPartner with business stakeholders and AI Champions to gather, clarify, and document AI and automation requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.\nFacilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions to surface AI opportunities, informed by Quadbridge's capability heat map.\nClassify candidate use cases against Quadbridge's use-case criticality matrix and support the AI Center of Excellence's technical review process.\nSit within the AI solution implementation team throughout the delivery lifecycle, working alongside the AI Architect, AI Application Developers, and Data Engineers.\nOwn and prioritize the AI/automation backlog for the AI Center of Excellence, balancing stakeholder needs against delivery capacity.\nDefine and track success metrics/KPIs for AI solutions in partnership with business owners.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), solution documentation, and change management activities to drive adoption.\nMaintain the AI Center of Excellence's use-case and agent inventory, including registered purpose, owner, and criticality classification.\nAct as a point of contact for AI Champions bringing forward new use cases from their business units.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role, ideally supporting technology or AI/automation initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements.\nHands-on familiarity with general AI and generative AI concepts and capabilities.\nExperience with requirements-gathering techniques such as user stories, process mapping, and facilitated workshops.\nUnderstanding of AI/automation solution lifecycles, from ideation through deployment.\nComfortable working with cross-functional technical teams, including architects, developers, and data engineers.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to document requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with backlog management and prioritization tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).\nNice-to-have:\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Foundry and/or Copilot Studio.\nExperience with AI governance frameworks or use-case criticality/risk classification.\nBackground in process improvement, change management, or business capability mapping.\nExperience supporting client-facing or professional services engagements.\nEducation & Certifications:\nDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO, PMI-PBA) are an asset.\nWhy Quadbridge:\nInvest in Your Future - Benefit from our RRSP program to help you plan ahead\nGrow With Us - Take advantage of ongoing professional training and development opportunities.\nComprehensive Coverage - A complete health, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance plan\nTop-Tier Equipment - We provide everything you need to do your best work.\nA Vibrant Workplace - Join us for monthly social and team building events.\nPerks You’ll Love - In our Montreal office, enjoy catered breakfast and lunch and a gym.\nStay Connected - Eligible positions receive a phone allowance to keep you plugged in.\n Bring Your Best Friend - Our offices are pet-friendly!\nQuadbridge is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in compliance with the Canadian Human Rights Act and Employment Equity Act.
