This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.\nThis will be the first dedicated hire focused on developing and scaling our partner network in MENA region for our new product Affstore.\nYou will play a key role in establishing and scaling our presence in the market by sourcing, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners, while also taking ownership of initiatives to develop and improve the affiliate program as a product from an early stage.\nThe role operates in the EET/EEST time zone, ensuring close collaboration with the core team.\nTasks\nSearch for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within MENA market.\nConduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting.\nProcess incoming leads on a daily basis.\nManage, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates.\nCoordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates.\nMonitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraud.\nHandle affiliate inquiries and provide timely assistance.\nInitiate and drive new projects aimed at improving the affiliate program.\nParticipate in internal and international affiliate events (remote and offline), including meet-ups, conferences, and business trips.\nGather feedback from affiliates and share insights with the Team Lead.\nProduce and analyze reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills.\nRequirements\nFluency in English.\nAbility to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.\nStrong communication and sales skills.\nExperience in Forex/broker affiliate programs. \nExperience managing CPA/RevShare partnerships.\nFluency in Arabic would be a strong advantage. \nWe offer\nFull-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider
